I can join at Cherwell.

 

As mentioned in the main Mega Meet 20 Thread, I am arranging a Convoy to the event and was recommended a separate thread, so here it is -

To save any confusion with any other convoy, this one will now be called the "Welsh Rarebit Convoy".
Any one who has already let me know that they are joining please follow this thread, as well as advising me of your telephone number, for an intended Whatapp group (useful for last minute changes).

You can join at any of the stops, the route is currently planned as:

Friday 15th. April 2022

1st Stop: Meet at 8.45 for 9.15 Depart Beaconsfield Services on M40
2nd Stop Arrive at 10.30 for 11.00 Depart Cherwell Services (Oxford) on M40
3rd Stop Arrive 1pm for Dinner stop at Fox Inn (Chaddesley Corbett, between Bromsgrove and Kiddermister, close to M42 and M5) Depart 2pm *
4th; Stop Arrive 3.10pm* (or later depending on lunch) at Ludlow Farm Shop departing 3.50pm*
5th stop Lllandrindod Wells 16.40pm*

The critical departures and arrivals will be before lunch, which has to be booked - I will assume anyone joining the convoy at the Fox Inn or before will want to be booked in for lunch, let me know numbers (please clarify is you are booking for 1, or 2 if you are bringing a passenger)
*After lunch, I suspect timing may be delayed if lunch over-rides.

Hi Skirred; I will expect to see you at Cherwell. I need to book dinner is it one or 2 for you.
Also I plan to set up a Whatsapp group close to departure, could you let me have your mobile number to add to that
