That'll have to be removed; Mohs or just cut. My bet is on Mohs to make sure the get it all by looking at each slice to see if they need to get more tissue. The cream isn't used for squamous cell cancer. I've got experience with them all.

You folks are all convincing me that even though we have limited sun, New England isn't quite so bad.

I'll leave it to you. I need sun. I start getting gloomy fever when it's May gray or June Gloom in California. A week without sunshine in Colorado will make me not want to get out of bed.

I'm not saying I have skin cancer but I had 13 spots frozen this morning: on my left shoulder, face and right hand. I had a biopsy on my left hand. Every six months.

Better to have little spots taken care of early than have to hassle with big bad spots later.

I agree. We live at the beach and I play golf so lots of sun here. We see our dermatologist every 6 months as we don’t want to take any chances.
