Got the court paper few days ago. My case got dismissed again.
I had a 85mph in 65mph in 280S. The cop didn't get me on radar but claim that he paced me.
I got away with a statement of facts and info from TicketAssassin.com

GOOD JOB!!!! I know some have not been successful with Ticketassassin. I have been successful once and somewhat successful on another one. I will continue to use their techniques....
