I took it upon myself to get aggressive with this guy. I think I scared the shlt out of him when I called his house one morning and made his mom wake him up. A lot of 'promises' on my part and a lot of 'umm, umm's on his part. I have a full refund in my account as of last night.

would checking out rims and seeing if the person is really legit count as a TITS case?

I'd like to help out. I'm down in Provo/Orem area in Utah.(about 40min-1hour from Salt Lake City). I almost got ripped off by a guy from New Jersey, so I know the helpless feeling.

 

I am in Atlanta, (may be others too) but just a suggestion - should we make a note in the first post (where all the TITS reps are listed) as to how to contact a rep if you need one?

The above referenced thread suggested a post be made in the Atlanta forum, but I don't think many of the Atlanta folks go there very often now that they have their own site. I probably haven't been to the Atlanta S2KI forum in months, and (obviously) that's not a good way to contact me.

Personally I dont have a problem with either email or PM. Both links work in my profile if someone looks me up by my S2KI name.

We have a supplier who lives in the Denver area (he's also an S2000 owner) who is now into us for $600 - $1000 for items he was paid for and supposed to have shipped to customers, but has never shipped.

I'm at my wits end with this guy, and would like to see if we can get some S2000 owners in the area to put some pressure on him. He's a basically nice guy, but also as close to a con man as anybody I've dealt with, and he has quite incredible ruses to avoid responsibility for his obligations to us. I'd like to send a laywer after him, but it's not worth it for the relatively small amount of money.

Whom should I contact to see if we can get the help of TITS?
