What is crappy is:

1. STEVEUCI drops out of the AZ trip 2 weeks ahead of time.
2. SteveUCI complains about $$$, yet he has a maid tucking him in bed everynight.
3. No $$$ for tires, but $$$ is availible for Girls and dating purposes.
4. Steve has a toy cat, instead of a real one.
5. SteveUCI HD is infected with a few 'ahemmm' virus.
6. SteveUCI eats ritz crackers with american cheese and ketchup for dinner only.

Want more crap guys???
Hey for #3, what's more important, finding happiness or buying new tires? Well you're right, same thing I guess... hehe

Maid does not tuck me in every night, and she is a housecleaner. Comes once every two weeks to do general maintenance cause for goddsakes I hang out with the S2K crew too much to have time to do anything else!

Bring it on buddy!

I signed up to meet the infamous STEVEUCI, WTF I find out he is wimping out!?!?

Stop the maid service for a month, switch to top ramen, and be a MAN.

top ramen really sucks, I like the cup of noodles more. hehe

tan...you should get a cyclone, made by phoenix gold. It produces sounds lower than 50hz, not sounds humans can hear, but can certainly feel, like the rumble of a plane or the growl of a dino. It's even used in car stereo/multimedia systems...it made me nauscious last time I sat in a excursion with one.

Alright.... I have to put a stop to this Steve-is-a-wuss sh!t.

I agree... to the untrained eye, this is an uncool move on my part. However, I made the mistake of spending too much on social events in the last couple of months (who can blame me being in SoCal S2K land). Right now I am looking at my checking account right now... I honestly would love to go. It just sounds like such a fun trip. I just computed a very detailed cashflow forecast for the next month, and it looks the thing that makes or breaks my whole financial situation is the TIRES. I MUST get tires for this trip or I will die at the hands of a nice beautiful cliff. PERIOD. If I do spend the money on tires (even via BC's group buy), I will be completely in the hole for a bit, which means I will have no money for anything (i.e. $0.00 to my name) for a week or so. If I do NOT go to AZ, I can put off buying the tires for a month at most, and I will then be able to coast to high checking account balances safely.

I should never have been in this situation. Come midyear, my company will be relocating somewhere else in the area, and right after that, my lease is up -- it's high time I move in somewhere with a roommate, cause $1020 a month is a bit much for rent. Then again, I will get another raise come June, soooo....

But anyway, point is, until now I didn't really see FOR SURE what the financial ramifications would be if I went to AZ, but I've had a gut feeling all along up until now that it would break the bank, and now I see that I am right. I'm sorry. I wanted to meet you guys, and do the great memorable roadtrip thing too, but there's just too much at odds with it right now.

So.... for goddsakes, stop callin me a wuss! And please don't suggest "credit card" -- that is not an option as I am already stuck with 7k credit card debt as is.

Not to mention, I'm tempting fate.... Butt cracker promises me you guys are going slow this time, but those roads are far too nice, period. Plus, if I got another ticket, I would be screwed. That's another 100-300 fine + time to investigate Wawanesa insurance.

Shoot, and I have a semi-formal dance comin up late April -- I was going to rent a tux for 100, but nope... gonna have to go with my suit. It's a frickin masquerade ball and I'm gonna have to go in a suit! PLUS, Dromo 1 Enduro 4/20. $65. PLUS paintball 4/14. $85+food I'm told. PLUS TITS Casino party, $??. PLUS clubbing tomorrow... ha! PLUS clubbing a couple more times in the next month. Hah!

Well, at least now it's nice to see why it's a good idea to save money (I DID have a buffer, not sure what happened to it), but I'm not really convinced that my 401k has been doing me any good.

I hope you all enjoyed my rant, I just wanted you guys to see why the heck I would drop out of a wonderful road trip. Originally the main reason was because of my wake up call at the San Diego run, but I think I could deal with that.

Shoot.... I forgot that I owe $60+ for AZ room. Sigh.

No worries Steve...On the money issue, I know where you stand. Spring break has been fun, but is FREAKIN KILLING ME. At the end, not really worth spending all this money to have this fun.

My friends were all mad cuz I wanted to back out of a SD/Tiajuana trip (1 day actually), cuz I wanted to save this cash, but they were whining like little kids and getting all mad. Well, I ended up having to spend all this money, and they wouldn't go to a bank of america cuz they were too lazy and all the freakin surcharges basically made me go broke. Bastards!!! I swear, I'm gonna drive by myself next time so that I can just go home. Oh yea, having to sit bitch for half the trip wasn't fun either. FREAKIN HELL!!!!

Oh yea, I just got a ticket...basically the same EXACT one Steve did, and if I recall, his was $271, plus 1 point on his record. DAMN IT!!! Plus I really don't wanna back of out of this Dromo event cuz I've been wanting to really do it, also not enough people yet...DAMN IT AGAIN!!

Anyways, team Irvine sucks...there's some crap talking.
