Aus Sucks!
Ooops, typo!
That should read 'AusS2000's new intake extension sucks cold air into your engine'

The reason it is white is because it is a prototype and the white finish allows me to see how it fits. This is the fourth prototype and is the one the final mold was made from as the fit is perfect.
The interior is reasonably smooth, but production versions will use a gauze instead of conventional fibres so that it will be even smoother.

There are still a few little things to finalise. I have a couple of options as far as securing it. It will attach to the slat at the bottom, to the cross member, and will snug fit into the airbox.
It will come in a range of colours. Amongst them Silverstone, Black, Red, and Yellow (open to suggestions).
Price is expected to be $350.

Yep, that's 'Aye you!'
I am producing 10 in the first batch and will colour to order. They will also be clear coated.
They will be delivered wrapped in protective plastic so they can be installed with out fear of scratching.

good to see made in Oz....nice job.
Hopefully we can see the finish product soon....maybe post some pics of the CAI alone with the nuts and bolts required to hold the CAI in position.
Well done Aus2000
Cheers,
Tom

I think I still have some credit from the price matching that might need to be used up here
