Can anyone confirm what kind of work is needed to fit this size and offset? I wouldn't be surprised about a fender roll and tab, but anything else?

17x9.5 +55 is about 3.65mm less aggressive on fender side than 17x9 +45.

So if you can fit 17x9 +45, you can comfortably fit these. And they'll stretch out a 255/40/17 nicer, so fitment should be VERY nice.
