Age Range For The Ones Who Bought Their S2K Within The Last 2 Years
As the Title says... I was wondering the Age Range of the ones who bought their S2K within the last 2 years. This is simply to gather general consensus as to who you are and what made you buy the S2000.
Thanks =)

Got my s2000 a week before my 31st birthday this past july. Came from a 2011 E92 M3 and mk6 Gti sharing dd duty for my 150mile round trip but wanted something else cheaper but as fun and exciting to drive, so far so good, miss the m3 but no regrets yet.

I bought mine last year at age 64. I was an english sports car lover as a young guy and then I drove sedans and suvs for most of my adult life raising children etc. I wanted to get back to a sports car but when I read about the s2k I decided that this is the perfect car to drive on the twisty back roads which is what I enjoy. In my opinion the s2k is a far superior and much more reliable version of the old english sports cars of the 60s and 70s. I've never been a fan of the muscle cars - so the vette and viper scene holds zero appeal for me. The Miata, (until this latest version), did not match the performance and rawness of my s2k. Also, I fell in love with the look of the s2k. I am very happy.

2016 at age 39. Always wanted one when they first came out in my last year of university. i was having a conversation with someone about how I hate convertibles and ended with "except the S2000, always loved that car". Then wondered why I never bought one. Then bought it about 6 months later.

I bought mine in Sept. last year and I was 42. Always loved them just didn't make sense financially and with 2 kids. Now they are older as am I and more financially responsible so I jumped on a babied supercharged MY2000

2 years ago at age 22. I was living in l.a at the time and was looking for a car as a daily driver/ for ripping through canyons every night. my other options were rx7 fd, r32 skyline gtr . I ended up getting the s2000 because of reliability and how fast it is in corners.

57 when I got my 36k mile 2001 last year. It still has the plastic wrappers on the door thresholds.
I had a nice 36k mile '92 Miata before that for a couple years. When the K24 Miata kits came out I almost went that route. However I don't have the energy to reinvent wheels anymore. Prior to the Miata I had and raced Datsun Z Cars for over 30 years.
Now I just want to turn the key to get out to the country roads and back before the damned bicycles.
