Keyboard humping........

the GT4 will reportedly get a de-tuned version of the high-revving 4.0-liter six-cylinder unit found on the latest 911 GT3

Why do they de-tune the GT3 engine that they put in it? Maybe leaving headroom for a GT4RS model..? I would love to own a GT4!

highly doubt it, if anything prices will go up on the used ones. Car is far too limited, even with this new variant.

Because it's lighter than the GT3 and would outperform it for considerably less money. Granted, a GT3 isn't nearly as limited in terms of production so "anyone" can get one but still, Porsche wants to keep their GT-nomenclature cars in a clear performance hierarchy.

Prices aren't going up, but I don't think they will go down much either.

maybe they'll finally fix the incredibly long gearing and give this thing some more pep (as if it didn't already have enough).

PDK will be an option and it should have a bump in power.

WIth that said i strongly believe the base MSRP will be north of $105k... A mildly optioned GTS is already $100k.
