Default No start after engine swap

Swapped my original motor back in after spinning a rod bearing in my F24.

Car cranks and fires/runs briefly for a half second sometimes before dying.

I've verified the 3 ground (back of cylinder head, 2 near AC.

Checked all fuses, none are blown.

Swapped ignition coils between my two S2000, swapped injectors between them too.

No CEL are on.

Timing is correct

Does anyone know if having no airbags/stock seat belts connected prevents startup?

Are you using stock ecu or Haltech?
Seat belts and airbags seems very unlikely to be the cause, hopefully someone else can confirm 100%.

fuel rail was also full of fuel when i swapped injectors
