why would you think it's head gasket if it's blowing through the reservoir?

why don't you try changing the radiator cap?

Go to Infinite motion, look for Gavin or Robert and tell em Carlo sent you. They do awesome work and are a very trust worthy shop. They've been specializing in hondas/imports since the 70s. Gavin himself owns an s2k and is extremely knowledgeable, I wouldnt go anywhere else in San Diego.

radiator cap.

this is the reason why it's blowing out of your reservoir, because your radiator cap is not holding the pressure. change the radiator cap. it's $10-15. make sure engine is cold.
