Default AP1 Hondata kPro V4 no start

Hello,

I'm trying to get some help diagnosing a no start on my AP1 S2000. I just converted to kPro V4. I've swapped the TDC wheel and the crank wheel, as well as the sensors. Before the conversion the car drove fine, now it won't start and I am not getting spark.
Start up RPM is about 180-200 per datalog.
I'm using the basemap to get the car started, but will tune when after I get it started. I can post the datalog if it'll help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the wire harness to your new crank and cam sensors are correct.
Probably best to use a ohm meter and check between sensor plug and ecu plug.
Found a pic from when I did mine, only cam sensor is attached here.

I actually got this brand new from Hondata, so I assumed it'll be correct since it came with the kPro.

On the hondata supplied harness Check to see if the wires were crimped correctly onto the pins in the plugs. I had 2-3 on mine that were not crimped properly by hondata

Wires are crimped correctly, would the crank sensor be faulty affecting the spark?

Yes probably, you have no spark from any of the cylinders?

-Check fuses
-Even though you are using a S2000 Hondata Basemap, make sure the basic settings are checked and correct.
-Make sure pins are not damaged and connectors are fully seated.
-If you removed cams at all, make sure cams are correct (intake is intake, exhaust is exhaust)
-Make sure trigger wheel on exhaust cam was installed the correct way, this can be installed incorrectly)

My money is on the exhaust trigger wheel being installed backwards.

Basic settings such as no immobilizer, no multiplex are set up correctly.
pins and connectors are not damaged and seated correctly
did not remove the cams
trigger wheel on exhaust cam has "outside" facing the firewall
