Default Turbo s2k braided lines

Hi guys, I need to order my fuel lines. What would be best? 8AN feed/ 6AN return OR 10AN feed/8AN return? Is bigger better or can you go to big? I just don't want to do have any limitations down the line and need to do them again to be honest? The turbo I'm running is a (gen2 gtx 3582r) and will be installing the sos twin pump surge tank.

Thanks for the help

I went with -8 feed and 6 return, I was thinking -10 was over kill for my power goals. Here’s a picture of stock feed line next to -8 it’s a big difference.

-8 with proper pump and injectors will support 900-1000

I went with -10/-8 but I'm on E85 and will be over 1k whp.

This is brilliant thank's guys, so really up to 900-1000 hp -8 is fine but -10 for 1000+hp
Does anyone know if there's a downside to having oversized lines? I was thinking more fuel not being used going back to the tank constantly
being heated up

Not sure what kind of EMS you have, but with AEM, you can make them staged so that the second pump activates at whatever condition you want.

Oh I see, the staged pumps are a good point, but as the -10 lines will hold a larger amount of fuel even with staged pumps there will still be more fuel circulating to the engine and back to the tank? Or have I got this wrong? I just can't help but think there must be a good reason people go for the -8.

Oh is it dependant of what fuel your using? Is that rite you need more E85 for the same power level?

A -6 will be more than overkill for anyone on here. We have made 1,400+whp on E98 with a -6 feed.

Just keep it simple and go -8/-6. Plus, any larger will be a pain when installing.
