Horn Not Working
I've been dealing with an issue with my horn not working, after installing my WORKS Bell Hub. I've done everything possible to try to trouble shoot the problem and have even gone as far as replacing the Clock Spring just in case it went bad and I still can't get it to work. My SRS light still stays on even after doing a srs light reset. Other members have told me to bring it to the dealership to have them trouble shoot the problem, but trying to use that as a last resort if possible. If anyone has had this problem before or knows what might be wrong I am all ears!

If its not the fuse, the horn is a simple momentary switch. Two wires that are made to connect so current can pass when you press the button.
So take an ohmmeter, amd with wheel removed, make sure the switch is good. That if you hookup meter to the wires for horn on steering wheel, that meyer reads infinity ohms at first, then near zero ohms when you press the button. The trick here will be figuring out which wires are for horn.
Its probably not the button, but easy to rule that out first. Now with wheel still removed, turn on key, and use a jumper wire to connect the two horn wires coming out of the steering column. Horn should blare. If it doesn't something is probably miswired with how horn wires are connecting to column wires.

Everyone is afraid to troubleshoot electronics, like its some unknowable mystery. I am sure you can learn to use an ohmmeter.
Conceptually, you can think of it as ohmmeter sends out electricity, and measures how much comes back. If there is no path, none comes back. Infinity ohms. If all of it comes back, like its connected wires with nothing else in the way, thats zero ohms. If hardly any comes back, thats a lot of ohms. If most of it comes back thats closer to zero.
