S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

We are all fortunate to own such a beautiful car in the Club Racer.

I would have hoped these articles would have sparked some conversation, but i guess not, this site is truly on life support.

Most of the action has moved over to the Facebook S2000 groups....

Admittedly I realized I hadn't been around here for a bit and it was mostly due to life being so hectic, but still, no excuse!

These are great articles, I still love my CR as much as the day I bought it, if not more so. I hope Honda is paying attention, would love a successor, but I'm also fearful it won't be quite as special as the car we have. You are right blueprint, we're all fortunate!

Very cool articles. Shame they got the production number wrong (says 625)!

Makes them rarer still, but a major mistake on production numbers. Nice to see the comments and even nicer to see the CR and S2000 get some press.

I am always surprised by people knowing a great deal about the S2000 when they see mine or see a picture of mine. It seems to be a classic car in a lot of people’s minds.

I do think the S2000 has gained acceptance as a "classic sports car" in true drivers minds, articles like Hagerty and Bring A Trailer spread the future desirability/collectability of the S2000 and CR. We need to continually say thank you to engineers Shigeru Uehara for his lead in development of the Integra Type R, S2000 CR and the NSX

I've gotten off the FB and social media stuff.

Good share. I read through them. Nice to know the S and the CR variant is appreciated. Interestingly more now than ever before. When Type V, Type S, and the Ultimate Edition versions can be imported, we will see another boost of interest on these cars with US buyers. By that time I will be able to sell mine as a true barn find 😜
