Default Best deals for older iPhone models??

Now that the iPhone whatever has been announced, are there any great discounts or deals out there for the prior models? I’m thinking the iPhone 8 should be fine for me.

I have the 6s, really like it. But I don’t think that Apple is as good as it once was, seems to me there are more bugs. Right now I can not get my photos to sync between my computer and phone and iPad and Apple is not sure why.
I don’t think there is a perfect phone and I know people who love their 8’s so find a great deal and go for it

Coop, I had a similar issue and the problem was that my new computer had the newer version of UBS plugs. Same phone and same cable would work on my older computer with older version UBS. My phone would work partially with the new computer (it would recognize it) but the issue I had was that I could not download music to the phone. (6S)

You might try reinstalling both of the device drivers while the phone is attached to the PC by USB cable. That worked for me.

I got the 7, wife has the 8. More than we will ever need. I did take the old phones to Game Stop and got some nice cash for both. We switched our service from Verizon to Comcast and saved over $80/month. They share the same towers so no issues. We got $450 for switching on a special offer. And since we have TV, Internet, home phone and now cell phones with them I was able to negotiate a lower bill.

I dropped my 5s early last week, and it didn't survive the drop. Went ahead and bought an 8+ assuming that I was gonna hold onto the phone for 3-5 years, so who cares. . . but the AT&T store said there was a price match guaranteed for the next 14 days, and so I'm due for $100 back (from $799 to $699). Also, reset my wife and my phone plans, and saved $60 per month.

I smile knowing new is not always better..... have to toss this into the discussion. I pay $20 every 3 months for my flip phone, and its smaller, no glass to break, and should I loss my life's story is not on it.

Rick has the trac phone at a similar price. Not a flip phone, so he hates it.

I have an iphone 6 not looking to upgrade. I got the battery replacement done for the low price they were offering.
