RTD 2019 Friday Drive - Updated with new restaurant!!!
Join us for a drive down to Adair Brothers Smokehouse (BBQ!) Randevu Restaurant, 18 Chestnut Square in Cashiers, then after lunch the twisties really start! We'll end up in Waynesville for a little shopping (if you have never been to a Mast General Store, it is a treat!). The curvy roads end here so if you don't wish to shop, simply Google Map your way back to Fontana Village.
Meet up for Group #1 is at the Wildwood Grill at 9:15 a.m., lunch will be about 2:20 hours later (keep that in mind when eating breakfast)!
Total driving time is 5:36 hours, 217 miles.
Let me know if you plan on going, so we can determine if we need to add another group. Groups will be closed at 10 cars.
If you are not an experienced driver, or are uncomfortable with a spirited drive, group 1 is not for you.
