ASM Siren which is discontinued. I think some of the Amuse singles can be quiet as long as they have the resonators. Like this one. Go Tuning Unlimited But something tells me by the 3 you listed you aren't looking for a $2600 exhaust soooooo

You don't want a single if you want quiet. Lol Buddy club thats basically a straight pipe. HKS isn't quiet and no way the megan is either.

I think the HKS really isn't that bad, it's not quiet but as far a singles go it's not bad.

Some drone on the highway, I prefer top down driving because then the drone/resonance doesn't bother me.

Milltek single is pretty quiet but they are hard to get.
T1R EM is maybe worth mentioning as well, probably less loud than a HKS at least

Megan is somewhat quite with the silencer in the tail pipe... but it drones like a mofo.

This is why I still have stock exhaust. I have no use for an uber expensive exhaust and do not want to deal with drone.

For the more important autocross events, like nationals, I just run with no mufflers since I have a flange right before the Y section to the mufflers that I can put a turn down onto. Removing the stock mufflers removes 44 lbs. . And my car with PLM header, berk cat, stock resonators and no mufflers at all is WAY less annoying to drive than a lot of single exhaust S2k's I have been in. A fellow autocrosser is actually going to dump his current single setup and just go back to what I am running :P And at WOT on course mine produces 91 db from 50 feet. away.

If you are just street driven and do not want loud AND do not want to spend a fortune on a blingy exhaust, I would probably just stick to stock. Being stuck with a droney exhaust can take a lot away from the driving experience for many people. And this is coming from a guy that does not mind some daily driving on a stiffly sprung SOLO STR setup

I made this axle-back exhaust using rob robinnette's instructions but with a muffler added in. Put a v band clamp before the Y (probably similar to engifineer) and if i want could throw the stock mufflers back on.

This is going to sound dumb, but I have a Berk single w/ Berk HFC that is incredibly loud and drones terribly.
I have a local track that is a 94dB limit so I bought a 3.5" 90* elbow, exhaust clamp, and silencer insert.

(this is too small, but I am using it)

I ended up sticking the silencer in the 90* elbow so it extends into the Berk muffler, drilling a few holes in the elbow, fillet welding the silencer into the 90* elbow, cutting 4 relief cuts in the end that slides over the Berk, then clamping it to my Berk in one piece. SOMEHOW the car is dead stock quiet inside. Sounds like ass from the outside though.

Just an option for people who want light weight on track and a quiet drive to it.

Your best bet would be a Gernby pipe, Urge now sells it but it is $. Someone might be able to chime in about the Evasive 70SSP as well. I was in a similar boat but ended up going with a Milltek dual. It is perfect....but good luck finding one.

You sure about that? You may be right on the drone part, but talking to someone that ran a gern-pipe they said it was obnoxiously loud.
