We regularly watch that channel. The reactions can be amazing.

I swear, even people that claim they aren't that good become gluttonous fools when you set them in front of them. I am always one that says "yeah, they are good, but not all that special" ... but will still make myself sick eating them when placed in front of me. I think they have crack in the icing or something.

We have some of their products here and there, but no actual storefront, except in RI, I think. I tried them fresh while on a trip to Vegas once. The typical glazed donut. It was good, but as a rule, I can take or leave donuts. They just sit like lead in my stomach. I immediately regret eating one after I do, but every now and then I do indulge.

They may sit like lead on my stomach as well, but they are like little circles of sweet heavenly clouds from bite to swallow. And I generally prefer cake-doughnuts a'la Dunkin Old Fashioned. (Although I won't say no to a fresh Bavarian Cream.)

If you don't catch the "Hot" sign at your local Krispy Kreme take the classic glazed home and warm each one for 11 seconds in your microwave, then eat immediately. Works almost as well the next day. So good.

Got it all figured out, eh? I can pass on the donuts, but don't put a plate of cookies or a dish of chocolate, especially dark, anywhere near me. That is MY kryptonite.
