Default AC Not Working

Will try to get to the point, AC is not working. Compressor turns on and off, Freon level is good, heater control box is working. What I noticed is the AC lines are not getting cold and there is no condensation forming on them (Florida). Car is an 02 with 39k.

Thanks

You may need a new compressor. If the system is charged, the clutch comes on, but the pressure doesn't change, the compressor internals may be damaged.

Used oem works better than remanned or aftermarket, my used OEM compressor is still kicking.

You will likely have to replace the high pressure line going from the compressor to the condenser as well, if indeed your compressor failed as there are likely metal shards all up in it. This is the hose most likely to leak.

You'll also need to clear out the condenser(acetone and compressed air works best), luckily the drier catches most of the crud and the expansion valve doesn't really allow much to enter the evaporator. I would swap out both drier and expansion valve they're cheap parts and are pretty universal, so you don't have to buy OEM ones.

The system takes PAG 46 oil only thing not clear in the service manual. I'd also get a set of o-rings, if you're going to take apart the system make it as new as possible to minimize any future maintenance.

Update: put the gauges on the A/C system. Fan on high and recirculate on: low side 45 PSI and High side 60 PSI. Any thoughts?

That's quite low, high side should be seeing 130-170 PSI and around 50-70 on the low side.
