Dunsfold Wings and Wheels - Sat 15th & Sun 16th June

THIS IS THE VERY LAST DUNSFOLD WINGS AND WHEELS :-)
Wings and Wheels is held at Dunsfold aerodrome in Surrey which is the location for the Top Gear track. We always have a well put together stand when we attend, and in 2015 we won the Best Car Cub stand trophy. Our S2000s have always created a lot of interest from the crowd and may have even helped get some new owners and club members.
For its 15th Show, Wings & Wheels is returning to its original spot in June. The airshow will now take place on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June 2019. The decision to change the date was made following the announcement that the Red Arrows will be on tour in North America throughout August and September.

The club has been registered. Cost is £15 for the driver and the car. An additional passenger will be another £15 (or £5 if a child). Weekend tickets are also available.
We are aiming to have a club stand on Sunday subject to enough cars signing up. We have a maximum each day of 20 and a minimum of 12 for the organisers to allocate our stand. If we don't reach the minimum number you will still be able to attend but will need to display in the individual Wheels Zone - this will apply to Saturday too.
Numbers will need to be confirmed by 17th May and this will be the cut off for ticket sales.

How would you feel if I covered the overall meet organsisation/tickets etc and the logistics of Saturday. Then you be around on the Sunday to help people get to where they need to be.?
That would give people more of an option about which day they could attend.
We'd leave everything set up on Sat night so you just need to rock up. You might then need to pack up e(last time everyone helped out) but we can work out how that works nearer the time. I might be able to arrange dropping in Sunday eve in the CRV to pick it all up - depends if they let me, I'll see what might be possible.
Let me know if you think you might be up for that and we can talk some more.
P.S. I guess if your runway display application is successful then you'll be doing that
