wow what a garage full.
The listing is for a Ferrari 328 GTS.
Ignore the GTS and look at what else is in the garage.

Well, you don’t know if this is really the garage of the owner.
However, I have personally been in a garage, really a hanger, that did have a number of stellar cars that sat in a building housing far more valuable vehicles of the aviation type. Not just one time, but several folks. It is not that unusual to encounter people who have a lot invested in “stuff” ( I prefer aviation) that many people would be surprised to know that just ordinary seemingly people would have.
For those who are into it, it is just as common as someone who has 3 cars in the garage. It is just business and a personal fiscal discipline that brings it about. Often times, I have found myself, the person is single.

I had pleasure of touring the personal auto collection of the late Bob Snodgrass in Jacksonville, FL. While I’ve never seen any mention of it in the news about his collection it consisted of several warehouses packed with some of the greatest racecars and sports cars out there.

The BaT listing is by a dealership. So no one person (except maybe the dealership owner?) owns all those cars. Still, quite an impressive collection.
