Itinerary
Mar. 22nd:
We will be having a social on Friday evening starting at 7pm at Cagle's Mill inside the hotel.
Apps will be provided, and they offer a full menu as well in case you're interested in trying some of their delicious meals. We will have some giveaway items and maybe a little trivia. It is a great time for people to hang out and get to know each other, and maybe even win some goodies!

Mar. 23rd:
Registration, drivers meeting, and then we drive! The morning and afternoon routes will take us down some of the best roads Arkansas has to offer. There will be some rest stops along the way, too.
You will want to get fuel at the lunch stop before you eat to save time once lunch is over. We will be eating at Carl's in Marshall, Arkansas. They're always so good to us!

After the tour is over you are free to grab dinner with us at Sumo in Russellville. There will also be another social gathering at the hotel in the evening.

Mar. 24th:
Checkout of the hotel and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Arkansas landscape as you make your way home.

This tour is limited to 50 cars, so secure your spot ASAP!

Reminders will be given periodically as we get closer to the event to inspect the following:
  • Car (registration)
  • Tires (including spare)
  • Alignment
  • Brakes
  • Fluids
Extra items that are good to have on you:
  • 2 way radio, see notes below
  • Paper map (usually available at the beginning of the tour) since a lot of the areas we drive through don't have very good cell reception
  • Fire extinguisher (small)
  • Small tool kit
Other requirements to participate are as follows:
  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • You must have a valid driver's license
  • Your car must have current registration
  • You must have a valid proof of insurance
  • Your tires must have at least 3/32" of tread on them at their lowest point
It is a good idea to have a 2-way radio with you. Although not a requirement, it will help your group leaders to communicate with you about upcoming road conditions, turns, or any other information that may be important for the group to know. It also provides the ability for people in the group to communicate with your Tour Guide or other members of the group as well. In general, they are just a helpful tool to have in the car with you.
There are several participants that have taken a liking to this radio. >>>

"So, what do I do to sign up?" you might ask...Well, here's how!

:::::::::::::::::::::: IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ!!! You WILL NOT sign up like your used to doing!!! IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ!!! :::::::::::::::::::::::::::

We are going to be doing things a little bit differently this year by having everyone register through a site that will (hopefully) make it a little easier when it comes to managing sign up/merchandise/donations. That being said, for this event we are only worried about getting everyone successfully signed up for this event and we'll worry about adding the other things later on. For now, those things will be handled just like the have been in the past. We're trying to ease our way into this!
So, with all of that in mind, follow the link for MotorsportReg below, where you'll need to setup a profile and then you can get registered. You will only need 1 registration per car. Do not worry about registering your passenger if you are bringing a +1. It only takes a couple of minutes to do. Once the 50 spots are filled, there will be a wait list option available. We will keep a list available here to see, like we normally do, and as things change or are updated, we will continue to keep the list updated as well. (Usually Sunday evening of each week.) If you are on the wait list and someone drops out, we will then be able to offer the next person on the wait list that open spot. We be keeping up on that on a more regular basis to get that information out as fast as possible.

v Sign up HERE v

Once you're signed up, you should receive an email. You'll want to make sure it doesn't wind up in your spam folder.(Check your filters!) We might also send out email blasts to update you or direct your attention to something important for you to know.
If you have any questions about this process or how to complete it, please feel free to PM(here on S2KI) / E-Mail(s2kbmt@gmail.com) us and we will get back to you ASAP!
