Origin Fam offset bushings squeak like crazy
Hey guys got my delrin offset bushings from Origin Fab put into the front upper control arms about a month ago. They've been quiet up until about a week ago when I heard a slight squeak going over bumps. It's gotten worse since then and now it literally squeaks over every bump/uneven road surface. Even just driving in my underground condo garage going 2km/h it squeaks and creaks like wooden floors in a 100 year old house. I've heard and read that delrin should be self lubricating so what's causing this squeak? Is there anything I can do without taking anything out?

marine grease used ? could also intsall grease nipples

Did you install the washers on the outside that ride against the frame gussets? install grease nipples. I have been running the offset bushings for over a year. Other than the initial grease, I have not added any and mine never squeak.

Yeah washers are installed in the same configuration as the reference pics on the Evasive website. I'll look into installing grease nipples but I thought these wouldn't need regular lubrication since delrin is supposedly self-lubricating.
