Mounting plates and all bolts are included.
FYI, these are likely a "one time use". I bought a used Hard Dog and had issues reusing the backing plates with the welded on nuts. Called Bethania Garage and was told the nuts are a one time only and are not designed for reuse. Bethania Garage sold me new backing plates.

Just an FYI for the seller and future buyer. YMMV

No worries guys! I went with Piper Motorsports in VA. They did a few S2Ks on these forums and I decided go with Mitch and his team! Was well worth a trip!

Mind sharing some pictures? I am surprised that they are not any vendors offering DYI weld in kits, or maybe I did not look hard enough.
