Default Chassis Primer and Seam Sealer

I'm currently in the process of replacing my fenders with some aftermarket ones, and I've come across some surface rust around the three bolts that attach the bottoms of the fenders to the car. So, I've begun sanding it back down to bare metal, and had to remove some of the seam sealer as well, around the forward jack points, etc. Does anyone know where to buy the gray chassis paint/primer that is present inside the fenders, etc, or know what the paint code is? Also, does anyone know which seam sealer Honda uses? It looks yellow on the car now, possibly from aging. I'd like to match what's already there, if possible.

I found this TSB for seam sealers, which only mentions beige options, but I'm not sure which one to use:

Instead of painting it primer I've painted it flat black a couple layers so the seams in between the fenders are less visible for a cleaner look.

3M seam sealer is the best.

Yeah, that may be the way I end up going, but was curious if there was a way to keep it looking factory original.

I'll look into trying the 3M seam sealer, maybe the 8365 to try and match what's already there.
