Default Brain Care Score

Sunday morning had a piece about a test that shows the probability of dementia, strokes, etc. The bottom line is to show you areas where you can make big improvements by changing your life style. Here's a link to the test. I had to dig into the website to find out how I compared to others my age. Higher is better. My results show I am in the upper 20%, so Donna may be stuck with me for some time. It's funny since I bombed out (zero points) on nutrition, alcohol, and aerobic activities.

I guess that since you're already in your 80's and still sharp you have passed the age when dementia and strokes may start.

Well crap! Looks like I'm going to be snarky and sarcastic for at least another decade or so.

I was a 12, but I don't see where that is useful since there was no scale to measure with.

You had to dig for it. Here's a couple clues. The second graph, as I recall, is for over 60 yrs old.

BTW, I think 12 was the average for the age groups here. Ray goes to the head of the class ... it seems it will be a really long time before he's eating jello all day. Jerry, it's probably one of the really few times in your life that you have to accept you are average.

I think the main graph was based on 400,000 surveys. But I had to dig a lot to find it, so I could be wrong.
