My inbox was full, so I just tried deleting 21 old messages, and now, I'm left with just 19 messages. Not sure why ~500 messages got deleted, probably some site error. Any way to recover those erroneously deleted messages? Had some important information contained in them (for example, years of service records). Thanks.

Unfortunately, we don't currently have a way to recover PMs without rolling back our entire site. We're planning to soon implement a safety net of sorts that will allow us to recover messages upon request, but it's not in place just yet. My apologies.

If you have email alerts for PMs enabled, you may be able to find the old content you need in your email. Hopefully this alternative can work for you.
