Cannot Delete Thread to Repost It
 

I'm trying to delete the following thread to revise the title to show location but I am not being allowed to delete the thread. Can you delete it for me or advise on how I may do it?

In the alternative, can you revise the title by adding the state initials at the beginning for Illinois = "IL"?

I found a defect in the car that must be resolved before selling. I want to delete the original post but do not seem to have the rights to do so. Please delete or give me the authority to do so.
