HI everybody! I'm from Kazakhstan.
Recently I can't open the forum. Are there any restrictions made by admins? I have checked availability of s2ki.com and it seems that from some IP addresses (mainly from ex-USSR countries) it is not accessible. Here is the screenshot...

 

We have several IP addresses blocked because of spam. What IP address are you trying to access from?

 

I haven't static address. I'm using mobile Internet and it gives me dynamic addresses. Now for example my address is 176.64.28.107.

 

What happens when you try to access the forum? Do you get an error message or does it just not load?

I'm not seeing any restrictions on any of those IP addresses in admin CP. Any thoughts, @IB JT?

 

It's like trying to open within 20 seconds and then stops and give me this message:

"Can't access the site

The web page at https://www.s2ki.com/forums/ may be temporarily unavailable or permanently moved to a new address."

I have made trace route to s2ki.com and here is the results:

Strange thing is that with two other ISPs site opens perfectly.

 

@SoulMate I'll have to get back to you after we've done some more digging but, in the meantime, that 172. IP is not S2KI. S2KI, and the other sites in the network, use a CDN service (Cloudflare) and that is what you're seeing. Also, there is some filtering in use due to internet activity that isn't legitimate traffic. We'll do some checking to see if your provider is getting caught in that.

Can you provide me (here on in PM) your specific provider and a known, recent, IP address you had that couldn't access the site?

I have two phones. My provider on first is "Tele2" (Mobile Telecom Service LLP). IP address besides the one I have mentioned early is 85.117.96.56. On second phone, which have no problem with opening the site, provider is "Izi" or "Beeline" (Kar-Tel LLP). IP address is 91.215.97.84.
