Can't Reach Moderators Regarding Membership
Well I have tried to contact several of the moderators with respect to an issue with my membership and I can't seem to get it resolved.
A word of caution to all. I renewed my membership the day before it expired. I decided to upgrade to a gold membership which it had listed for $30. This amount was deducted from my account then the next day another $50 was deducted for a total of $80. I canceled the $50 dollar transaction as I did not authorize it and sent a message to the moderators. So now I am left w/o a membership but there is still $30 outstanding. So for those needing to renew, wait until your account expires then renew to avoid any issues. If you’re a moderator and can help please let me know and I will shoot you a PM or if you are reading this and know how to contact the right person please post up a way to contact them. |

Who did you contact? If they are already looking into this, I don't need to... I can tell you what happened though.. it's pretty straightforward...the system is working properly actually...
