On the old board, I subscribed to three forums, and got a convenient list of just those three on the MyS2K page. I tried the same thing with the new board, but now I get an email notification for every new topic posted in my subscribed forums -- which is too much.

Is there some way to subscribe to a few forums just for the convenience of having them on the MyS2K page, but without getting the "new topic" email notifications? (I couldn't see this in the email or board settings.)

Thanks!

I would like this as well. I don't need a bunch of new topic emails spamming my inbox all hours of the day. Other than that I love the new site. Well done guys.

I too am having problems adjusting to this. On the old version "MyS2000" was my navigation page. It allowed me to quickly access the forums that I read the most. I subscribed to the same forums and started receiving a barrage of emails about new threads. I have been unable to find a way to turn off the email notification so I have since removed all the forums from MyS2k.

Yes, can an option be added to turn off these email notifications? It's nice to put your most visited forums on your mys2k page, but not have to deal with tons of spam notifiying you of every new topic created in them.
