Not here but I've seen it on I think ClubRSX so I know that vBulletin is capable and I would love to have that feature here! cough @IB Jason cough

Yet, sometimes I DO want to show a picture in a quote (although I usually edit them and extraneous text out).

Agreed.

I really don't think it is a big issue, just scroll on through the pics.

If we were to proceed with the idea, I suspect at most we'd replace the full-size images in the quote with clickable thumbnail versions. So you still have context, just without as much to scroll through.
