I purchased membership on 06-20-2022, and I have yet to receive the items mentioned as part of the package:

I just joined today. Submitted the info from the link in the email but nothing about asking for T-shirt size.

Do they just send an XL like most places or was there supposed to be a size request somewhere???

You should have received a message, automatically, with the form to fill out. It's possible that it went to your Spam/Junk/Bulk folder or your email provider is playing with email delivery. Your email provider has given us issues in the past with not delivering our email notifications.
