To the powers that be

Just in the last wk or so, I can no longer see any pics in any of the threads. Only blurred out images with what looks like almost a cartoon-ish filter? I cant read and only like pics lol HELP

I just looked at this thread and the photos load as blurs and then full resolution less than a second later. That effect seems new but few of us pay attention when things are the same. I'm on a 1G wired connection.

That's what I see as well ^^^ The OP states he/she can no longer see them as if they never arrive at full resolution.

Chrome is my brower on both a mac platform (El Capitan) and windows pc (Windows 7 professional).
