So I've decided to change my entire e-mail (from hotmail -> gmail)

I have also paid for membership several times and I have not received for given option to request the decal and t shirt

How long ago was your last renewal? If it was more than a year or two ago, that coud have been before they started including decals and shirts. If it was recently, it might need to be manually updated. If that is the case, forward your PayPal receipt to support@s2ki.com. Somewhere in the renewal process, there should have been an address form (maybe an external Google doc) which is what IB uses to send out membership items. Do you recall seeing that and filling it out?

I sent copy of receipt last night after reading the posts on this forum. The mist recent renewal was 7/23/17 and no form was received

I just signed up for membership too and wondering where I'll get an e-mail regarding those items. My PayPal e-mail is different from the one I used to sign-up here.

There's a form to fill out, if you don't fill it out you don't receive anything.

I do wish it was more streamlined, but that's not up to me.
