Problems with memberships
Recent changes to the database have caused problems with membership payment processing.
If you have joined or renewed your membership in the past week and have not seen any change in your guest status, please forward your PayPal receipt email to support@s2ki.com and we will update your account manually.
This is problem #2 on my to-do list today, behind updating search to fix date ranges and sorting. It will be fixed later today.

Forwarded receipt yesterday..because of this problem...( from my home email ) Still a "Guest" status !!! ( after "ALL" these years of being a Gold member ).....

I fixed the problem with the software but it doesn't help retrieve memberships from the past week or so. I'm downloading the transactions from PayPal and will make sure everyone who joined or renewed has their membership applied to their accounts. It will take me a couple of hours but I should have things squared by lunch.

Just glad to be back to normal !!! I didn't realize there was such a problem, or I wouldn't have complained...
Just wish there were a warning, so we could renew prior to being "Dumped".....

I am forwarding my receipt right now. Also a nice thing would be to have some sort of warning system when your membership expires. It sucks being surprised with a full pm box. I hope all my pictures will still be there too.
The membership expiration warning is high ont he list to get addressed. Due to the number of cooperative systems in place that manage the memberships and payments, it's not always easy to get them to speak with each other.
