Default Scrolling issues with OS X Yosemite and Safari
Has the forum software changed recently? Just noticed that when visiting forum pages, I'm unable to scroll. This is on a 2014 MacBook Pro running OS X Yosemite. Loading the page in Google Chrome works fine.

Having the same issue with a PC / Firefox.

Keyboard arrows let me move up and down, but the scrolling/scroll bars don't appear on pages randomly.
