Search Results?
 

I notice that results are ordered by date, rather than effective matches.

In other words I run a search for "N2O 1/4 times". My results come back with the newest thread and one of these words in them, rather than being ordered by a weighted match... I do a ton of DB management stuff so I know that this wouldn't be an easy change ( i personally hate working with weighted results), but it would be nice to have results ordered by relativeness rather than date... or maybe even an option for how you want your results returned, effective matches or by Date.

Just my 2 cents because I end up fighting my way through hundreds of threads before I find the topic that interested me... and many times I am not worried about the date of the post.

BTW, I love the site and overall it is better, cleaner, and easier to navigate than any other forum I have been on and the people are extremely kind and responsive.

If you use + with each word, it will use AND rather than OR - which does help somewhat - not weighted exactly, but it may find more relevant ones.

eg: +purple +s2000

It's a plausable idea, something to consider.

How about searching for all the members that paid and seeing if they got what you promised?
