I don't mind browsing this site, but for the last two weeks or so everytime I come to this website it only works about half the time.

I put in the main address and sometimes the page loads, other times it times out. Then I hit refresh and it comes back.

I go from one page to the next and it may load fine the next time it will time out.

Is this a known problem and trying to be resolved ?
