The gasket is brand new and unopened in original plastic. Part number 12040-PCX-305. I purchased this intending to install it, but ended up selling the car before I had to chance to. - $22 shipped
I purchased a new IACV due to a surging idle, but it turned out I had a vacuum leak. So I have the original one for sale. (Will upload a pic tonight) - $40 Shipped.
