I had this unit installed for less than a year, and it does have some mild scratches under the face plate, but they are not noticable when the unit is installed. The face of the radio is in excellent condition with no visible wear of any buttons or lettering. You get everyghing you need to install the unit immediately, with a brand new wiring harness, AUX cable, iPod cable, and the complete manual. The unit does recognize the newer generation iPhone connection, but you will have to purchase the adapter that converts the plug. Item ships in the original box with original wrapping. The HD Tuner is a neat feature and is easy to install as well. I enjoyed the Wifi hotspot in the car, simply because to me the clarity of the music was better than bluetooth and it is easy to connect to. The hotspot comes with the lighter adapter and plug to connect to the fuse panel. Hit me up if you are interested and make an offer.
