Very long story, but yes I have a second BNIB set sitting on a shelf, and a set on my car. What can I say, I like them that much!

Are these 2=way or 3-way? Do they come with springs and top-hats?

 

These are 2 way adjustable. They come with everything, complete bolt on assembly. Top hats, springs, and etc. I will post a pic in the OP.
