Default Digrippa x-brace

Where can I get one? Any upcoming group buys? If I can't find a digrippa ... what x-brace do you recommend?

Wait for the DiGrappa X Brace. It is well worth it! Best mod on my ride

If you have to have it, any one piece (non-welded) X-brace will do. But if I had it to do over again, I'd pass on it altogether and spend the money on better springs or a CAI (which I eventually got) or best yet... a track day or two!!!

I respectfully disagree with Canucks2k; save your cash b/c it's not a great mod.

Doesn't the spoon get in the way for oil changes?

For around town driving, I doubt the x-brace makes that much of a difference if any ... but for the auto-x racing I hear it's an excellent mod.

Anyone have a new or used digrippa they want to sell?

I paid bank for mine way back when, so I'd lose too much if I sold it to you for what it goes for brand new now.

And to be fair, there is one advantage that the brace provides that I forgot to mention, and that is that it protects more important pieces of the car from damage when I bottom out during spirited drives on bumpy roads.

I'd recommend the Muz underbody brace.

It's lighter than the Spoon and doesn't interfere with oil changes. It also comes with better attachment hardware (the Spoon doesn't even have washers!).

And it's cheaper then the DiGrappa.

The DiGrappa is a beautiful piece of art and the Spoon has badge value, but unless your primary concern is impressing road kill the Muz wins hands down. So much so that I made an open offer to anyone who ordered a Muz and had it shipped to me. I would send them my Spoon. Someone took me up on the offer and I now have the Muz installed.
