Default My07 cranking but won’t start

I was driving my s2000 to the store and after going in and coming back it would not start. Ive ruled out the battery after checking it. The fuel pump does not prime. I wired it up directly to the battery and it would just crank but not start. Mods are intake, test pipe. Fuel system is a fullblown complete system but I have only one pump wired since I am not longer boosted. I am getting constant 80psi when I have the fuel pump wired directly to the battery. I checked the spark plugs and they look fine. Checked fuses and none of them are blown. I noticed when I turn the key to ignition all the lights come on, after the car peeps the check engine light stays on as well as vas and everything else. I can’t remember if that’s normal before the car turns on. Also I hooked up the Hondata flashpro to my laptop and it reads the ob2 port but not the ecu. Not sure if the ecu fried for some reason. Any ideas?

Does your immobilizer light (green key) turn off after placing key in on position for a few seconds?

Not normal. On my essentially identical '06 all the dash indicators extinguish other than Battery and Oil Pressure a few seconds after activating the ignition and prior to pressing Start.

Sounds really similar to the problem I had 2 years ago. At least you were able to come back home though.

I checked my spark and fuel and confirmed I was getting both. You said your fuel pump doesnt prime so its a fuel issue?

You said you are getting a CEL. What is the code?

I'll be surprised if he can get a code since his FlashPro won't communicate with the ECU. The ECU in the DBW cars drives as astounding number of functions. I don't have any diagrams but I believe it controls the fuel pump. This guess is based my my flashing of the ECU with FlashPro and the last thing that happens after a successful upload is the fuel pump starts.

Not sure how to fry the ECU just driving.

I went through everything the next morning in the light and found that the fuel pump fuse was blown. Swapped it out and it started right up. I am not sure why it wouldn't connect to my flashpro or throw a code.

Sometimes it's as simple as a fuse (or horse shoe nail).

My FlashPro can be finicky. Sometimes I need to connect it before anything else, sometimes later.

Hello, here a S2K owner from the Netherlands.
Last saturday my wife and i had a nice daytrip with our 2002Year S2K. So far so good, but.....in the evening i wanted to start the car again to park it in the garage and it didn't start. Starter runs but i don't hear the fuelpump priming.
I checked some fuses already but i'am confused witch fuse it is for the fuelpump.
Can somebody help me please? Also where the relais of the fuelpump is located?
