I bought this exhaust system from Urge Design last April. I know it is supposed to be a very low drone exhaust but is still too much for me.
Have taken it off and replaced with a Mugen system. The exhaust is in fantastic shape and has very low miles on it (less than 500).
It is the version 2 system. I believe they are on to version 3 now. Will completely disassemble before shipping to hopefully reduce shipping cost.
Buyer will need to cover shipping costs. I paid $2300 new and am selling for $1650. The pictures are while it was still on my car. As you can see from the closeup,
I had to weld on a separate hanger to wire the V-Clamp to because I was trying to eliminate any side to side play (pardon the cobwebs ). My name is Chuck if you have any questions.

Thank you! Yes, the Mugen has MUCH less drone. I do like the way the URGE exhaust sounds from the outside better. I just can take the droning. Urge actually sent me an entire
new system when I called about the drone issue but it's still too much for me. Maybe I'm just getting old

I'm with you on that. People say HKS duals have virtually no drone but it still was too much for me. Had to get back to the stock one

 

Price dropped

 

I've had several emails concerning shipping costs. After checking with my local UPS store I can give some pretty accurate prices for most parts of the country.
After seeing the price to ship, I am willing to split the cost 50/50 with the buyer. It will ship in one box with a foam liner and each piece wrapped in bubble wrap.
Here are the prices I was quoted for several zip codes around the country:
85208 (Arizona) - $351
33167 (Miami) - $335
02110 (Boston )- $321
98101 (Seattle )- $350
3-4 days to get to each destination. Keep in mind, the buyer would be responsible for half of the shipping fee listed.

Are you sure about those shipping quotes? It seems odd you can get free shipping out of china and shipping from Japan for less than that. I have seen some ridiculous price quotes on shipping wheels, but for a single box exhaust those prices are insane. Have you tried DHL and USPS?

If those prices are the best you can find, then either inflation is much worse than the BLS says it is, or the shipping companies are price gouging.

 

Yes I am sure that those are the prices that I was quoted from the UPS Store. The size of the box is 53.5"X33.5"X17" and it weighs approximately 50 lbs. That includes $1600 of insurance.
I did not go to DHL because there is not one nearby. I could stop by the post office if you're interested in buying though. As far as shipping from Japan and China, I have purchased several
giant scale RC planes from China over the last few years and they were shipped in boxes this large. I promise you the shipping was far from free. I'll post pictures of the packaging this afternoon.
