Selling a used Seibon amuse style hood that's been painted GPW. Hood is in good condition and has been cut for a Mugen/J's intake. Paint is decent but could use some love.

Was the original resin coat sanded before painted? Thinking if I sand this down to bring back the cf look how much work would it take after
