I have a California street legal supercharger kit for sale for Ap1 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003
This is essentially as close to a full bolt on kit as you can get. The kit will come with a tuned ECU and the full supercharger kit with installation instructions. I uninstalled the kit myself in my garage with zero prior experience so you can do it if you have the tools and the will power.
CT engineering C.A.R.B. supercharger Kit - upgraded heat exchanger - Upgraded pulley - Comes with deachworks 1300 fuel pump and injectors (recommend getting new) - FULL E85 tune on Hondata/Kpro stand-alone (429whp / 260 torque - Tuned at Church’s - PLX device for monitoring - I can throw in the 06+ valve cover and the 06+ trigger wheels so that you can literally install and drive a 429whp s2000 - Had about 5,000 miles on it.

I believe you would need a different pully and something something dbw changes. For an 06+ you could tune with Flashpro but it would invalidate the CARB certification if you were every ref'ed
