Traveling in Europe Sept 6 to October 7
Just a heads up. I will be traveling in Italy, Germany and the Czech Republic for most of September and into October. I will be signing in daily on my IPhone with good access, but will not be present as much as usual. Have fun!

I hope that you and Chris have a wonderful and safe trip. Having traveled to those countries I have one word of advice. Do not refer to the Czech Republic as Czechoslovakia. Czech people hate that term, because it refers to when they were under the Soviet Union's power. I assume that you will visit Prague (the Paris of Eastern Europe). Many people do not know that Prague survived both WWI and WWII and was never bombed. It is an amazing city with architecture spanning over 1200 years. The "City of Spires" is a site to behold. Enjoy.
P.S. The Czech Republic is known for it's Crystal. Don't forget to bring back a vase, etc. I would also suggest that you take in one of the concerts at one of the many churches that offer them. The acoustics are amazing. .
