Civic Si is scarce
Long story short, I was trying to find a Civic Si for my son, who is getting a new car. He could not find one in NH and I gave up after looking at three dealers in Massachusetts. I wish we could have found one near his house in NH, but he'll be getting a Mazda 3, which I'm happy about. It is an all wheel drive car with decent horse power and very nice ride and amenities. But my question is this, is it hard to find a Civic Si in your neck of the woods? I'm wondering if the New England dealers consider it a "seasonal car" like they did the S2000?
I just checked the website of the two Honda dealers near me and neither has an Si in inventory. One of them is very large and I figured they would have one but the closest they have is a couple of civic sports. The other dealer has a couple of civic sports and one type r in stock but no si.
I have a Civic Si bought from Joyce Honda here in New Jersey. I just checked their inventory.
They have 3 Si coupes, 2 are 2020 and 1 is a 2019.
They have 4 Si sedans, all 4 are 2020.
I see a lot of Si (2017 and later) on the road around here. I also see a lot of the prior generation.

I remember reading back in Sept. that the Civics were selling like hotcakes....sales were up over 25%. They were saying lots of people still were looking for cars and not the SUV"S so many car companies are going to.
